DO I NEED A USA ADDRESS TO INVEST IN USA PROPERTY

USA property title can be registered in a foreign address, along with insurances and other registrations. You may choose to have a USA address and INBIB can assist. This can be particularly useful when completing US web site registration forms. As they may only allow US addresses to be typed in.
If you are forming a Limited Liability Company (LLC) then you will need a US mailing address. Once again INBIB can facilitate this as part of the service. Depending on how you form the company, your Registered Agent may forward any mail to you.
You may find having a US mailing address useful and there are companies that will provide you with a mailbox address and then forward your mail to you on a regular basis. Please note if you have a mailbox with certain companies, bank and some mail order companies will not let you register a mailbox address.
